Ellis Park Student Village (EPSV) is located at 4 Pearse Street, Doornfontein, Gauteng, approximately 100m from the University of Johannesburg’s Doornfontein Campus. EPSV aims to be a real student village, offering various activities on the outside shared spaces and the rooftop. The building is a seven-story development that provides views of the Johannesburg skyline, with security measures in place.
EPSV offers rooms set up in apartment-like units that foster a family unit. Each unit constitutes bedrooms, toilets, bathrooms, and a shared kitchen between 8 to 12 students. The kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a four-plate electric stove. Students are given individual lockers for cupboard space, allowing for secure storage
