The accommodation offers a total of 528 beds, spread across three building blocks that are connected to facilitate easy movement between them. This setup allows students to live in a community-like environment while still having access to private spaces. The accommodation is divided into apartment-style units, each housing between 8 to 10 students. These units include a combination of single and double rooms, ensuring that students have options based on their preferences and budgets.
Each apartment unit at Frederick Street Student Accommodation is equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchens are fully furnished with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, and a four-plate electric stove, allowing students to prepare their meals conveniently. Additionally, each bedroom provides sufficient cupboard space, a desk, and a chair for studying, along with an electric wall heater for comfort during colder months. Double rooms feature a middle partition, which helps maintain privacy between roommates while still fostering a sense of community.
